All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

We try to keep availability accurate, but if an item sells out after you order it we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Every product page states the edition year. We reprint when a board revises its syllabus, but you are responsible for checking that the edition matches what your school requires.

You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for what happens under your account.

Signing in with Google means Google confirms your email address to us. It does not give us access to anything else in your Google account, and you can disconnect it at any time from your Google security settings.

Give us accurate details. An order placed with a wrong address or an unreachable phone number is one we may not be able to deliver.

We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, to place fraudulent orders, or to redistribute our copyrighted material.

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing kohinoortezz@gmail.com. We keep the records we are legally required to keep for completed orders, such as invoices, and remove the rest.
